Easily portable, quiet, great value.

Pros-Affordable-Fits well in room/great for space saving-Easy to assemble-Gets the job done. Isn't that the only thing we care about? Will get you out of breath in no time. Incline looks slight, but actually works.-For my size (small)-Free shipping for 50 pounds +, which felt like 100 to lift. (How does this company stay in business?)Cons-Heavy in the huge box-Manual is wrong- there is no heart monitor, "Start" is not in English, and does not say how to put all parts on-Very cheaply made. Probably costs under $50 to make in China.-User Interface for the computer is confusing. Feels like a digital watch from 1993.-Can't pause it, so if you interrupt your 30 minute program, it is lost (I think). So don't have expectations for saving progress and getting all OCD about your stats. Might as well use your phone app.-No How To videos on Youtube

I absolutely love this treadmill! I prefer to walk outside, but wanted a treadmill for those days when it would be impossible to get out. I live in a small apartment and the size of this treadmill is perfect. It was super easy to assemble on my own. The handlebars are lower than you would expect, but you can easily tilt these towards you when adjusting the bottom knob, making it easier to reach. I’m 5’4 and weigh 124 and use it for walking only, but it appears strong enough to do a light jog for someone heavier. I’m glad I made this purchase!

We use it every morning for quick start to our day. It really help loosen up the muscles and gets the old blood flowing for the day at the office.
