    My small food processor's switch broke, then my OLD (at least 35 years) large food processor gave up the ghost so, being in the midst of making Christmas cookies, I ordered this one. While I was quite unhappy that the product wasn't delivered as stated and took several days longer, it did arrive in time for some of my chores and I was pleased with it, overall.

    Assembly instructions do not provide any instructions for the amount of water to fill or what to consider with the settings of the pump. Is there another set of instructions?

    No there is no other manual. When you use the item the water must flood the pump or it may be damaged.
