    We love this ice machine!

    This is our third ice machine. Hesitated to pay extra to get the increased capacity, but we use this alot. We've had it about a month. We regularly have events with 20-30 folks and it keeps up even in the Arizona heat. Love that it connects to the RO and drain. Easy cleaning. Very happy with his purchase.

    First step is to remove the water drain cap,it is an unnecessary accessory..

    The water in our product cannot be circulated internally, it must be drained. .
