I am pleased with this washer. I have not had to "load" it to max as my wife sorts her clothing into small loads. I have not had to go above the "5" water level (scale 1-10). the gentle cycle is very gentle so I am pleased that it will be good for my wife's "Hand Wash" clothes. It is really quite quiet, with the door shut to the porch it is in, you can't hear it unless you are by the door and there is no sound in the room with you.

Awesome for travel trailer or rv
I bought this last year in March because I was going to park our travel trailer in an rv park at the beach that doesn't have any laundry facilities. I have a bath and half, so decided to put it in the half bath since that bathroom wouldn't be used much. Hooked up perfectly to the bathroom sink, and drain hose fits perfectly in sink drain. No more bringing clothes back and forth home to launder. Super quiet and does a good job on cleaning clothes.
