Do not forget, It is not an AC unit.
07/07/2019You will be happy about it, if do not expect it cools the room. These machine types do not have compressors and consequently do not cool the environment.I am using it at night in front of my bed, so I do not need to keep the ceiling AC on all night. When I use small ice cubes in its tank in addition to its ice crystal in the chamber above, it really cools.And a WONDERFUL customer service.

06/25/2019Honestly I never write reviews, however I felt I needed to with this. I live in Washington state, where the last few summers have been, well brutal. Air conditioners are so expensive and also put off harmful chemicals into the enviornment with freon. So I was looking for something to help keep us cool that was cost efficient as well as something that would work. I was skeptical on this, as some of the reviews left me wondering. Well I absolutely love my air cooler, i am able to keep the area home on our 85-90 plus degree days without the concern of our electric bill will sky rocket. It states that it lasts 8 hours, yet I've always had it go longer before having to fill the water back up. My biggest concern was keeping my animals cool, and having one in the room where the dogs are locked up while working keeps my mind at ease as I know they are not getting overheated. You dont even need the ice cooler packs as it keeps it cool without them, but it helps if you want to keep it even cooler in your home. Definitely worth the money and investment.

07/02/2023This is the second one of this model I have gotten, and I can't tell you how pleased I am with it. Now I have one in two rooms, and with the warm weather, I am very cool inside.
