07/27/2021The frame is sturdy and was easy assemble. The fittings are brass. All in all, a very well-made garden hose reel. I wish the color was green. That ugly beige finish is the only thing I don't like (why I'm not giving 5 stars), but I'm still glad I bought it as it is very functional.

06/20/2021This hose reel cart needs a mallet to punch a few things in place, otherwise assembly was quick. Almost the whole product is made of plastic but looks durable. The hard part, at least for me as a first-time user of any type of reel cart, is how to connect and wind the garden hose onto the real. A total of four quick connectors and one tube come with the reel cart assembly. The first connector is between the faucet and the tube, second between the tube and the reel cart, and the third connector is attached to the inner part of the reel cart, and connected to the garden hose (See photo). The last (Fourth) connector is optionally attached to end of the hose. We have two 50-foot so-called heavy-duty "SWAN" brand hoses connected together, but also several hose repairs in between (See photo) for a total of about 100 feet. It is able to accommodate that length and thickness, but not much more. Overall, the best use case for this garden hose real cart assembly is for the yard with the faucet directly in the vicinity of the yard (instead in far side of house) so the winding/unwinding of the hose is easy to operate. The wheels of the assembly don't make much sense as it has to stay near the faucet and the usable hose length is controlled by winding and unwinding the hose from the reel.

05/03/2021I would get a big mess in my front yard before I got this thing.It really looks so much better than before. I only spent 20 minutes to assemble and then put it in use. You will never imagine how strong it is as a plastic one.All parts fit very well that make no leak on any connection!This is really a good thing for your money!
